Currently files with zero coverage are ignored and thus very hard to identify (need to go thru each directory manually).

Currently the Codecov uploader does not work under arm64 docker images and will need to as this becomes increasingly common Github Actions does not currently support arm64 builds CircleCI DOES with Linux Arm64 https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/using-arm as of 06/2022

In the codecov details for a specific commit. On right hand side, box titled "uploads" is supposed to link to the run in circleci. However, the URL is incorrect. Expected: https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/shipyardbuild/shipyard/<pipeline-id>/workflows/<workflow-uuid>/jobs/36584/parallel-runs/3 Actual: https://circleci.com/gh/shipyardbuild/shipyard/36584#tests/containers/3 which redirects to: https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/shipyardbuild/shipyard/<pipeline-id>/workflows/<workflow-uuid>/jobs/36584#tests/containers/3 which is not at the correct container

I sometimes see code coverage comments with 0% changes. These aren't useful to me, so I'd like to have a threshold for when comments are added.

It would be great if codecov could be configured in a pyproject.toml, instead of a codecov.yml.
