I sometimes see code coverage comments with 0% changes. These aren't useful to me, so I'd like to have a threshold for when comments are added.

Moving back to Under review specifically for the feature request to have a configurable threshold above/below which we then trigger a comment.

Hi Chris Austin, Apologies for the delay in response here, but I wanted to make sure you saw this is indeed something we can do. If you don't want to see a comment when there is no coverage change you can use our

require_changes

configuration in your yaml, docs here: https://docs.codecov.com/docs/pull-request-comments#requiring-changes
