Graphs should always start at 0. It is confusing jumping between time periods when the thing that changes is the Y axis and not the shape of the graph.
An example is below, which looks bad (it looks like the value is near 0 coverage), but is actually not too bad at all (value is near 65%).

Edward Hartwell Goose We have fully released our new UI at this point, you can utilize the 'Analytics' tab on your org overview page to see a full size coverage graph that has a baseline of '0'.
