At the moment Codecov doesn't integrate with Github IP Whitelist functionality.

When we enable allow list configuration for Github Apps, Codecov is not covered.

We also have this issue and just worked through it with support/sales. Note that other providers maintain an allow list at the app level allowing customers to just trust the app
